Alison Elvin from Natural Capital held a very informative session on Hints for Successful Plant Id and a Brief overview of collecting, sorting and storing native seed - the basics at the first meeting of a new regional native plant group on 29 March. YAN, the Landcare Let's Try It program and Dave Bishop's (of Yass Australian Native Plant Facebook group) jointly hosted this event and plan to hold monthly meetings at the SE LLS Conference room from 7pm.
Tuesday 27 April will be the next meeting of this regional native plant group at the SE LLS offices from 7pm the topic will revolve around native Pea Plants.
